Baràc est un domaine d'une rare beauté, situé au cœur des Langhe piémontaises, à proximité de la ville médiévale historique d'Alba, dans le hameau de San Rocco Seno d'Elvio.
Le domaine s'étend sur plus de 25 hectares, dont 12 hectares de vignes en agriculture biologique.
Le domaine se caractérise par une magnifique ferme du début du XXe siècle, ayant fait l'objet d'une importante rénovation historique et architecturale. La propriété est située au cœur des collines de Barbaresco. Les vignobles environnants sont inscrits au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et font partie de l'une des régions viticoles les plus réputées d'Italie.
The Langhe is a varied land with a long winemaking tradition that can now boast a large number of DOC and DOCG wines. Langhe are known as one of the most prized territories in Italy for its vineyards.
Wines whose fame has always extended beyond the borders of the peninsula such as Barbera d’Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and Barolo. We have been able to identify the value of this area by seizing the great opportunity to highlight the wines of this territory.
We are located only 5 km from the historic city centre of Alba, in the hamlet of San Rocco Seno d’Elvio N°40. We are easily accessible by car and we have free parking.

FERME CERTIFIÉE BIOLOGIQUE
Since 2020, Tenuta Baràc has been a certified organic winery, dedicating its production philosophy to the values of natural vineyard management and the absolute health of the winemaking process.
In the vineyards, vines are cultivated without the aid of synthetic chemical substances (fertilisers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, pesticides) and without the use of genetically modified organisms. While in the cellar, winemaking is carried out using only oenological products and processes authorised by European regulations.
In this way all the aromas, perfumes and character of the Langhe, which part of a land cultivated with passion and wisdom, emerge in our wines following the voice of nature.

La Tenuta Baràc propose un itinéraire à la découverte du vin des Langhe, composé d'une sélection rigoureuse de vins issus de l'agriculture raisonnée et du projet « Green Experience », sans oublier ceux qui ont marqué l'histoire de l'œnologie dans cette région extraordinaire. Les dégustations se déroulent dans les caves où technologie et tradition cohabitent dans un environnement frais et évocateur. Notre « Expert en Vin » guide ce « voyage œnologique », toujours désireux de raconter non seulement les vins, mais aussi leurs histoires.
Nous vinifions uniquement des raisins produits dans nos propres vignobles.
