Description
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense straw yellow colour.
The nose has notes of yellow-fleshed fruit with a predominance of apricot and pear, combined with acacia flowers and tropical fruits. In the mouth it has a soft, persistent attack with a savoury, mineral finish.
Accords mets et vins : Parfait à l’apéritif, il accompagne à merveille les hors-d’œuvre et les plats de poisson.
