Langhe Arneis DOC 2025 – 6 bottles
Vinification: The hand-picked grapes are selected. Soft pressing with dry ice, cold decanting of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation in stainless steel for 5 months. It then continues its ageing in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense straw yellow colour. The nose presents notes of yellow and white pulp fruit with predominance of peach and pear, combined with acacia flowers and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, savoury and mineral. Soft finish.
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif. Goes well with all fish dishes. Goes well with all delicate dishes, whether appetisers or first courses.
Ideal serving temperature: 8° – 10°
