Langhe Rosato DOC 2023 – 6 bottles
Vinification: The Nebbiolo grapes (100%) are harvested by hand a few days before the traditional ripening. The Nebbiolo is crushed and left to macerate for a few hours. With soft pressing, the skins are separated from the must, which decants into temperature-controlled vats at a controlled temperature of 11° C. The must ferments for about 20 days at 18°C. Maturation in stainless steel for 5 months. It then continues its maturation in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: A beautiful pale pink colour with orange hues. The bouquet is fruity with notes of raspberry and wild strawberries. The palate is fresh, dry and soft. It is well balanced thanks to a pleasant final roundness.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with hors d’oeuvres, fish and slightly spicy dishes.
Ideal serving temperature: 8° – 10°
