Nose: The bouquet is fruity, smooth and intense. The palate is pleasantly dry, with good body. It is well balanced thanks to a pleasant final freshness.

Organoleptic characteristics: A beautiful soft pink colour with orange tones.

Goes well: Excellent as an aperitif, goes well with starters, fish and slightly spicy dishes.

Ideal serving temperature: 8° – 10°
