Description
Vinification: The grapes, harvested by hand, are selected. The must obtained from the soft and rapid pressing of the grapes is immediately refrigerated to stop fermentation and stored at -2° C. Fermentation takes place in an autoclave and continues when the alcohol content reaches 5°. Fermentation is interrupted again, bringing the wine back to a cold temperature in order to preserve all the fragrance and aromas typical of the grape variety.
Organoleptic characteristics: Brilliant straw yellow in colour, with the presence of a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate, it is ample and enveloping and never cloying. Rich in aromatic scents, characteristic of the Muscat grape, such as orange blossom and peach. An elegant and fresh wine.
Serving suggestions: perfect with desserts or as a fresh, light aperitif.
Ideal serving temperature: 6° – 8°
